• A confidential helpline – to discuss any concerns you have about being or becoming a victim of identity fraud. Experian’s consultants will offer you help and advice in resolving and preventing identity fraud.
• The opportunity to sign up for free access to your Experian credit report online for 30 days
• If you are a victim of Identity Fraud you will be assigned a personal case handler who will work with you, providing advice, support and assistance until any fraudulent entries on your credit report are resolved. You will benefit from the opportunity to sign up for free access to your Experian credit report online for 12 months and you will be given the option to password protect your Experian details as a first line protection against fraud.

You will not be covered for:

• Any financial loss or costs you incur following the identity fraud
• Advice, support or assistance outside the British Isles
