Important - Our variable rate mortgages
Our variable rate mortgages (i.e. all except the 'Fixed rates') track the Bank of England base rate - currently 3.0%. If the base rate changes, your rate will change by the same amount - as soon as we can and always within 5 days. Your interest rate won't change for any other reason.
Variable rate mortgages that completed on, or before, 31st October 2004, do not track the Bank of England base rate. We may review these rates from time to time and we will inform you of any change to these variable rates as soon as we can.
